“Swiss” Mini Cota (Semi Automatic Spray Coating Machine) is mainly designed to replace the conventional method of manual coating of tablets and granules. This is rapid and uniform coating system and has many functional features and advantages. It is a compact machine provided with specially designed S.S. spray gun to provide atomised spray. This system is much more economical and easier than fully automatic version which is approximately 15-20 times more expensive. Mini Cota is comprised of pressure vessel which can be provided with SS Jacket (for sugar coating) with thermostatically controlled heaters, safety valve, pneumatic stirrer (oscillating type), spraying nozzles and compact control panel with double acting pneumatic cylinder for intermittent spray of liquid and air both. You can adjust the timing of spray cycle. It is provided with filter cum moisture separator.
