WATER FOR INJECTION TANK

“Swiss” Water For Injection Tank Manufactured as per ASME/cGMP Standard is available in Vertical / Horizontal Jackated and non-Jacketed design. (If WFI is to be stored for a longer Period then it is essential to maintain the temperature of Stored WFI at 80°C) “Swiss” Manufactures WFI Tank with Steam Jacketed or Electrical Jacketed or without jacketed bobbin Type Heating Design .

  • All Silicon / PTFE / Viton Gasket are in cGMP Pharma Food Grade

  • WFI tank, all contact part will be Electropolished to the Ra valve of 0.28
  • WFI tank outside finish as per client requirement, mirror finish / mat finish.
  • Insulation is made with 5cm mineral wool Covered by AISI SS 304 sheet Argon Arc welded Cladding
  • Swiss provided sanitary type spray ball for CIP and SIP System.
  • Water for Injection vessel is a Critical part of the manufacturing Process.
  • AISI SS 304 Control panel provided with level indication and digital temperature cum controller.
  • WFI tank provided with high Purity Flush Bottom Valve.
  • 0.2 micron air vent Filter with AISI SS 316L Filter housing “Swiss Make”
  • High level, Medium level and Low Level.
